R. Craig Smith

For more than 23 years, R. Craig Smith has worked with lawyers as a trial consultant in Federal, state and municipal courts. His work has been primarily focused in the areas of presentation strategy and the architecture of effective communication. He has many years of experience in presentation design, demonstrative evidence, the visual aspects of information processing, as well as in witness preparation and jury selection.

He has designed and taught Continuing Legal Education seminars for local and state bar associations as well as for many law firms and professional associations. He created the Power Litigation continuing legal education seminar series after many years of observing the performance of lawyers and juries in trial. He is the author of "Championship Law - Seven Keys to Winning Performance in the Courtroom," published in 2006, to assist lawyers in developing their communication and presentation skills.
